Terra d’Aligi oil is born in the heart of Chieti province in Abruzzo, one of the most renowned in the world for the quality of its olive oils

The excellence of the oil comes first from the indigenous cultivars, such as the highly prized Abruzzese Intosso and the Gentile of Chieti, and then from the processing techniques: starting from manual stripping, which allows to preserve both the integrity of the centuries-old olive groves and the superior quality of the olives, up to the traditional techniques of cold pressing.

Terra d’Aligi oil represents the pinnacle of an oil-making tradition that is gaining more and more prestigious awards around the world.
