Of property, in the hills of Val di Sangro, 15 years of age tent grown and in rows.
GROUND

Clayey and chalky.
VINIFICATION

Long maceration on the skins at controlled temperature.
REFINING PROCESS

Aging in large Slavonian oak barrels and a short period in the bottle.
STYLE

Gently fruity, respectful of the tastes of the cuisine.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Intense ruby red color with violet shimmers. Wide perfumes of red mature fruit, flower notes of violet and rose and fine spicy and sweet notes. Of excellent structure, warm, full and rich of fruity notes.
